The survey showed that in 38 out of 50 states buyer demand was slightly lower than this time last year but remains strong. Only six states had a \u2018stable\u2019 demand level.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Seller Supply<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The index also asked:\u00a0<em>\u201cHow would you rate seller traffic in your area?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As you can see from the map below, 23 states reported \u2018weak\u2019 seller traffic, 22 states and Washington D.C. reported \u2018stable\u2019 seller traffic, and 5 states reported \u2018strong\u2019 seller traffic.
